1. Program Overview

Summer Nights Skills Training is operated by Tennessee Soccer Academy. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Payment

All bookings require payment at the time of registration. Package holders receive priority session placement. Drop-in availability is subject to remaining capacity.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the first session receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first session are non-refundable.
  • Drop-in sessions are non-refundable.

4. Participant Safety

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically fit to participate. Players must wear appropriate footwear and shin guards. Tennessee Soccer Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training sessions.

5. Photo/Video Consent

By registering, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. You may opt out of photo consent during player registration.

6. Weather and Cancellations

Sessions cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control will be rescheduled when possible. No refunds are issued for weather cancellations.
